To maintain a safe, trustworthy environment for my customers and community, the following applies to all purchases and group participation:

🖤 AUTHENTIC IDENTITY REQUIREMENT

All purchases and group participation must be made using a real, accurate, and verifiable identity.

The use of:

  • Fake names
  • Alias accounts
  • Duplicate or secondary accounts
  • Misleading or unverifiable information

is strictly prohibited.

🚫 RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REVOKE ACCESS

I reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel or block access to digital products, drives, or groups
  • Remove members from VIP or community spaces

WITHOUT REFUND if:

  • A purchase is made under a false or misleading identity
  • There is reason to believe the buyer is misrepresenting themselves
  • The account cannot be verified as a real individual
  • The buyer poses a risk to my business, designs, or community
  • You copy, share or resell any of my art.

⚠️ MISUSE / TRUST VIOLATION

Access may also be revoked without refund if a buyer:

  • Is associated with known design copying, reselling, or misuse (including third-party reports or communities)
  • Has a history of violating other creators’ terms
  • Engages in behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of my business

🔐 DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

All digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Not to share, resell, copy, or redistribute any files
  • To follow all licensing and usage terms
  • That access may be revoked if these terms are violated

💬 DISCRETION CLAUSE

I reserve the right to make final decisions regarding:

  • Customer eligibility
  • Access to products or groups
  • Enforcement of policies

All decisions are made to protect my business, my work, and my community.

By purchasing and downloading any products from this shop, you agree to the following terms:

📥 DIGITAL PRODUCT NOTICE

Due to the nature of DIGITAL items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

🎨 PERMITTED USE (WHAT YOU CAN DO)

You MAY use my:

  • Clipart
  • Seamless patterns
  • Alpha sets

to create your own designs for resale under the following conditions:

✔️ You must add at least 50% of your own original design work

✔️ Your final design must be visibly different and uniquely your own

✔️ Designs must be flattened/finished (not editable elements)

🛍️ END PRODUCT USE

All finished PNG designs created using my elements:

✔️ Must be sold on physical products only

Examples include:

  • T-shirts
  • Tumblers
  • Transfers
  • Stickers
  • Other tangible items

🚫 You may NOT resell or distribute finished designs as digital downloads in any form.

✏️ PROCREATE STAMP TERMS

My Procreate stamp outlines:

✔️ May be used as part of your own designs

✔️ Must be incorporated into a larger, original design

🚫 You may NOT:

  • Resell stamp outlines as clipart
  • Share, distribute, or repackage them in any way
  • Offer them as digital design elements (free or paid)

🚫 PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute any original files
  • Claim my designs as your own
  • Use my designs to create competing clipart, seamless files, or design resources
  • Upload files to print-on-demand sites as-is
  • Sell, gift, or transfer files to others
  • Digitally resell any part of my work (even if modified without meeting the 50% rule)

⚖️ COPYRIGHT

All designs and files remain the intellectual property of this shop.

Purchase grants a limited commercial use license, not ownership.

⚠️ POLICY ENFORCEMENT

I reserve the right to:

  • Revoke access to files or products
  • Refuse future service
  • Remove customers from groups or programs

Without refund if these terms are violated.
